Before coming to BusinessWest in 1995 as editor, he was the long-time editor of the Westfield Evening News. He attended the University of Massachusetts, majoring in Journalism and English and minoring in History.

Lopez will discuss the benefits of having your business or non-profit on the radio and the best way to get your message to the audience. He will explain what he looks for when deciding who is going to be on the air and what you should be doing when you are on the air.
Lopez has been at 94.7 WMAS for more than 15 years. He started as the Morning Show Producer and soon became a member of the show as an On-Air Personality as well. He has worked in the Promotions Department as the Promotions Assistant and interim Promotions Director. He is now the Assistant Program Director/Music Director when he’s not on The Kellogg Krew.
